Pull Request Overview
This PR configures a 3-day cooldown period for Dependabot updates to reduce the frequency of dependency update pull requests. This change addresses issue #25 from the nodejs/web-team repository by adding rate limiting to automated dependency updates.
- Adds a cooldown configuration to the existing Dependabot setup
- Sets a 3-day default cooldown period between dependency update attempts

Hah, GitHub can't even request a review from @nodejs/web-infra because that team doesn't have write access here... yet they're the team that're meant to own these Dependabot configs for all the web-team repos 🤦 |
